Instructions

Be clean and scale the bream from the fishmonger, choose between mono-portion to shorten the cooking time.

In the belly of every fish you put two sprigs of mint and a small sprig put it in the gills.

Generously grease a baking sheet and place the bream alternating, add salt and pepper and lightly oiled.

Passed in already warm oven for 20 minutes and serve immediately with a nice salad.

Time: 25 minutes.
