Fried olives
Instructions
Put 2 cloves of crushed garlic in a pan in which you've warmed up plenty of oil and let it FRY for a few minutes.
Add the olives and a glass of vinegar and let it shrink, by flavouring then with oregano.
Serve very hot.

- 40 great black olives
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Oregano
- 1 dram of wine vinegar
