Cheese nuts
Instructions
In a bowl mix the cheese with the soft butter, that pulling out of the refrigerator at least 15 minutes prior to use.
Add pitted and chopped olives and mix well until mixture is creamy.
Formed with the hands of big balls like peanuts and let them roll in chopped nuts.
Arrange on a serving dish and keep them cool before serving.
Tip: serve as a starter, perhaps accompanied with a drink.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 creamy cheese
- 1 tablespoon of butter (or margarine)
- 100 g of pitted black olives
- Chopped walnuts
