Cheese omelette
Instructions
Beat the eggs, add salt, add the fontina in cubes, strips or chopped ham and a tablespoon of grated cheese.
Cook the omelet in a pan just veiled and let oil Brown low flame from both sides.
At the end should be soft and, internally, with stringy cheese.
Pass on a serving platter and serve.

- 8 eggs
- 80 g of fontina cheese
- 1 slice of ham
- 1 tablespoon of grated cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt
