Cheese nuggets
Instructions
Combine the ricotta cheese, salt, pepper and mix in cream with a wooden spoon.
Combine 1 teaspoon crushed fennel seeds, a pinch of paprika and chopped Basil.
Put in the fridge.
Wash the apples, cut them into dice and sprinkle of lemon.
Form many balls with cheese mixture, combine apples and serve cold.

- 350 g of ricotta
- 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- Fennel seeds
- 1 green apple
- 1 red apple
- 1 tuft of basil
- 1 lemon (juice)
- Sweet paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
