FRY in a pan with hot oil Nagghy the Hague (morsels of breaded meat), still frozen, for 6-7 minutes.

Remove them from the oil and dry with a paper towel.

Meanwhile prepare the sauce by melting butter and cheese variety with milk or cream.

Add one egg yolk and mix well to incorporate the egg cheese always keeping very low flame until ready to serve.

Pour the sauce over the Nagghy.
