Mozzarella in carrozza (2)
Instructions
Soften in milk the slices of bread crust private.
Slice the mozzarella.
Have a slice of mozzarella on a slice of bread.
Sprinkle with salt and cover with another slice of bread.
Pass the rolls in flour, then in beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
Fry the mozzarella in a carriage in plenty of hot oil.
Drain when they are golden brown and crisp and remove excess grease with paper towels.
Season with salt and serve well-heated.

- 400 g of mozzarella
- 1 egg
- 1 glass of milk
- Flour
- Breadcrumbs
- Bread
- Salt
- Olive oil
