Instructions
Cut the mozzarella into slices about one cm high, put them in flour, then in beaten egg to omelet with a pinch of salt and finally in bread crumbs; Press with the Palm of the hands because it adheres well.
Dip the slices of mozzarella in abundant boiling oil, but not steaming; strong heat fry them on both sides for a few minutes.
Drain and serve immediately.
You can prepare in the same way also the scamorza.

- 400 g of mozzarella soda
- Flour
- 2 whole eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- 1 pinch of salt
- Abundant of frying oil
