Instructions
Boil the potato and separately also the chicken breasts.
Blend for a few seconds the potato and the chicken into pieces, olive oil, parsley and celery and cucumbers.
Merge possibly a bit of cooking chicken broth.
Combine the mascarpone banging.
Serve with croutons.
