Pomegranate chocolate mousse
Instructions
In A double boiler melt chocolate pieces with a tablespoon of cold water.
Add sugar, stirring well; remove from the heat.
Mix in the butter and let cool.
Combine the egg yolks, stirring well.
Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt and incorporate the chocolate cream.
Allow to cool in the fridge; serve with cocoa powder, and pomegranate grains.

- 180 g of chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 walnut butter
- Bitter cocoa powder
- 1 pomegranate
- 1 pinch of sea salt
