Tomato and basil soup
Instructions
Clean the vegetables and tagliamole into small pieces, remembering to remove the tomato seeds.
Versiamole with Basil in salted cold water.
Let Cook over low heat for about 20 minutes and, before you stop cooking, check that the potato is cooked.

- 50 cl of water
- 1 potato
- 1 large tomato
- 1/4 faggot
- 2 leaves basil
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 pinch of salt
