Cod with german onions
Instructions
Wash, dry the fillets, place them in 1 Bowl and sprinkle them with lemon juice and a little salt.
Finely chop the onion and the white part of the leeks and fry them lightly in 1 Casserole with oil.
Add the fillets, pour over the wine and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat, then sprinkle with the chopped parsley and serve immediately.

- 800 g of cod fillets
- 2 medium onions
- 2 leeks
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 lemon (juice)
- Chopped parsley
- 1 glass white wine
- Little of salt
