Meringues in chaud-froid
Instructions
Put the coffee in a saucepan, add chopped chocolate and place the bowl in a Bain-Marie, on low heat; Let melt chocolate, stirring constantly.
While the chocolate melts, you can add a few tablespoons of milk to make it softer.
When the chocolate has completely melted, remove from heat and let it warm in a water bath.
Take from the freezer the ' vanilla ice ', which you have prepared in accordance with the indications of the recipe (halving the dose) and breakdown the aim into four portions.
Place each portion between two meringues and transferred immediately into individual cups.
Garnish each cup with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles, then pour over the meringues and whipped cream a tbsp of hot chocolate.
Serve immediately, before the ice cream from melting.

- 1 cup of strong coffee sweetened
- 150 g of chocolate
- A Few Tablespoons Milk =
- 350 g of vanilla ice cream (see recipe)
- 8 great meringues
- 1 pack of spray cream
- Chopped chocolate
