Champagne melon
Instructions
Melon cut the upper part (2/3 of the height of the fruit to the large melon) and empty the pulp that cut into cubes, you can also make balls with the special tool.
In a bowl put the cubes of cantaloupe, strawberries cut into two, pear and peach, peeled and cut into cubes themselves and finally champagne.
Mix and fill the melon with the preparation and close it with the piece that you cut.
Put the melon in a dish in the refrigerator for two hours serve with the popsicles around.
You can accompany with fruit ice cream.

- 1 honeydew melon from 600 g
- 200 g of strawberries
- 1 pera from 100 g
- 1 100 g fishing
- 10 cl of champagne wine
- 20 icicles
