Champagne melon (2)
Instructions
Cut the melon and cover with 1 tablespoon remove all filaments and seeds.
Pour in the champagne melon and powdered sugar, reshoot and refit the CAP.
Place the straight 1 cup melon and leave it in the fridge for 3 hours.
Just before serving, remove the cover again and, with the help of 1 spoon, remove the flesh of the melon so you get a wide and thin Sipes and deploy them in 4 cups very cold.

- 1 700 g melon
- 25 cl of champagne wine
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
