Champagne julep (2)
Instructions
Under the name ' juleps ' means fresh fruit drinks and flavored with fresh mint leaves.
You can of course replace the latter with a few drops of syrup or Mint liqueur, although from an aesthetic point of view, it will not be the same thing.
Pressed on the bottom of a champagne Cup, with the back of a teaspoon, two sprigs of fresh mint and sugar; then remove the Mint and add the ice cubes, and fill the glass of champagne.
Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve with straw and spoon.
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 3 sprigs of fresh mint
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 2 cubes ice
- 1 tablespoon of mixed fruit
- Champagne wine
