Medallions to goats
Instructions
Knead the flesh minced beef with goats, the slices of bread, grated Parmesan, a pinch of salt, pepper and egg.
Form small lockets, pass them in the breadcrumbs and place in buttered baking dish, 1 irrorarli of melted butter and bake in hot oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

- 250 g of pulp of minced beef
- 2 goat cheeses
- 2 slices of bread soaked in milk
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 egg
- Melted butter
