Apple jam (2)
Instructions
Put cut apples, grated chocolate and other ingredients in a non-stick pot, traditional but little practice.
When apples are cooked, pass through a sieve (I use the immersion Blender) and the jam is already almost ready, because apples thicken quickly.
Put in jars and close immediately.
Is a truly particular apple tart.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 3000 g of apples renette
- 1200 g of sugar
- 2 lemons (juice and zest)
- 400 g of chocolate
- Some leaves of limoncina (optional)
