Instructions
Put the yolks in a bowl with the salt, pepper and a drop of lemon juice.
Started to beat with the whisk and add the oil.
When it becomes dull start to also add the lemon juice.
Beat until it thickens nicely.
Note: it is better to use the egg yolks at room temperature because montino well.
