Pork in milk with apple fritters
Instructions
Carnival dish.
In a saucepan, place the entire piece of pork loin, salt and pepatelo, then add the milk, garlic and Rosemary.
Cook over a low heat and pan incoperchiato: from time to time.
When the milk was all consumed raised the heat and fry the rack for a few minutes, wetting possibly with more milk.
At this point, remove the roast and cut into slices not too thin and sprinkle them with cooking after having sifted and after the garlic and Rosemary.
The dish is served hot: a slice of his seasoned sauce and garnished with fried apple slices.
The Apple slices are passed in the beaten egg, sweetened with a little sugar, and then in the breadcrumbs.
then they FRY in a pan with olive oil.
Suggested wine: Nebbiolo delle Langhe.

- 6 cloves of garlic
