Instructions

In a Pan fry in oil the garlic slightly crushed and chili; remove them, pour the tomatoes, add salt, add plenty of oregano, and bring to a boil and then add the snails (previously purged).

Bake in moderate heat for about an hour.

Add salt and serve.

The sauce should not be thickened so that it can soak the bread.
