Lime liqueur
Instructions
Put all drugs to soak in brandy for 20 days in a tightly closed jar.
Agitate frequently soaked, then filtered and bottled.
You will get a unique flavour liquor that guests can enjoy in the evening after meals in the dose of a short.
Before you consume, the lime liqueur should rest in a cool place for a period of two months.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of grappa
- 4 g of linden flowers
- 10 g of chinese tea
- 2 g of iris root
- 2 g of vanilla
- 1 g of cinnamon
- 1 g of nutmeg
- 10 g of quince (zest)
