Linguine with leeks
Instructions
Saute leeks cut into thin wheels with 25 g of butter, then add the broth, cooking slowly for 15 minutes.
Cooked and drained linguine, seasoning them with remaining butter, then pay it into the bowl of leek, stir, then add a pinch of pepper and let it season 2 or 3 minutes, then serve with grated Parmesan.

- 400 g of type pasta linguine
- 4 not large leeks
- Meat stock (or vegetable stock)
- 40 g of butter
- Grated parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch of pepper
