Linguine with herbs (2)
Instructions
While Cook linguine in a pan heat 4 tablespoons oil, add chopped herbs, capers, crumbled ricotta cheese salt and pepper.
Stir well, Cook for a few minutes over medium heat and add last drained linguine al dente.
Date still a pretty mixed, pour the pasta in dish, sprinkle with a few tablespoons of grated pecorino cheese and serve immediately.
Ingredients and dosing for 2 persons
- 300 g of type pasta linguine
- 120 g of ricotta
- 3 tablespoons of mixed chopped herbs (parsley, basil, rosemary, chervil)
- 1 tablespoon of capers desalted
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- A few tablespoons of grated pecorino cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
