Linguine with anchovies (2)
Instructions
Thoroughly wash the anchovies and cut into small pieces.
In a Pan fry the garlic in a little oil, add the diced tomatoes, add salt and cook for a few minutes, then add the anchovies and some chopped Basil leaf.
Cook linguine in boiling salted water until al dente, drain, saltatele into the pan of sauce and serve immediately.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 320 g of type pasta linguine
- 200 g of salted anchovies
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- Garlic
- Salt
- Some leaves of basil
- Little of olive oil
