Linguine with mint
Instructions
Peel in boiling water a big handful of almonds and blend in the mixer along with a large handful of fresh mint leaves.
Add the contents of a can of tuna in olive oil from 120 g approx.
, two garlic cloves and chop some more.
Just dilute with a spoonful of the pasta cooking water, add salt.
Need for seasoning about 400 g linguine or spaghetti.

- 1 handful of almonds
- 1 handful of fresh mint leaves

- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of pasta cooking water

- 400 g of type pasta linguine (pasta or spaghetti type)
