Linguine alla marinara
Instructions
Bake in pan garlic, olive oil, anchovies, olives, capers, tomato sauce and salt for 10-15 minutes.
Add already boiled linguine and toss with Basil.
Serve alongside linguine of snacks made with bread, butter, anchovies, olives and capers baked.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of type pasta linguine
- 3 anchovy fillets
- 10 black olives
- 1 ladle of tomato
- Olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- Capers
- Basil
- For appetizers:
- 4 slices of sandwich bread
- 10 capers
- 4 anchovy fillets
- Butter
