Linguine with prawns
Instructions
Saute in oil 2 cloves of crushed garlic, then remove them.
Add the diced ham, prawns peeled and chopped parsley.
After 10 minutes, sprinkle with wine and let it evaporate, then add the tomatoes and cook over a moderate flame.
Drizzle with the sauce linguine dishes and garnish with a sprig of parsley.
