Instructions
Salting the Bunny, steccarlo with Bacon slices and a sprig of Rosemary and wrap it in a sheet of buttered greaseproof paper on the side that the wraps.
Cook in the oven at 200 degrees for as long as necessary (approx.
45 minutes).
Remove the paper and allow it to cook after brush with butter using a sprig of Rosemary.

- Some slices of back bacon (leaner)
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- Butter
- Salt
