Coconut ginger milk
Instructions
Remove the milk from the coconut and mix in the sugar, add the juice of three lemons and ginger juice obtained by crushing the root with a pestle.
Strain the liquid through a colander from close-mesh net and put it in a cool place, before serving.

- 4 coconuts filled with milk
- 150 g of sugar
- 3 lemons
- 1 cl of ginger juice
