Instructions

Grate a coconut and divide the other half 2 picking up all the coconut milk, the grated pulp squeezing.

Make a syrup with sugar and water (for 500 g sugar 10 cl of water) to fill a Cup, fill a cup of coconut milk and regular milk.

Mix and add 3 egg yolks for every cup of liquid obtained by mixing well.

Add a stick of vanilla and cook over Bain-Marie stirring continuously until it becomes thick.

At this point, pour the cream in coconuts divided in half and put them to freeze.

Serve with scoops of ice cream mixture and garnish with almonds.
