Cheese omelette rolls
Instructions
Place in a bowl four eggs, two tablespoons of flour and a pinch of salt, beat the ingredients with a whisk, then dilute the mixture with half a glass of warm milk.
Grease a pan with non-stick bottom with a knob of butter, pour in the egg mixture and milk and let Cook on a moderate heat for 6-7 minutes.
After this time, gently turn the omelet and cook on the other side for 6-7 minutes.
Use a skillet rather wide, so that the omelet is wide and low or cook the mixture in two batches.
Put it on a cutting board and cut it into strips half an inch wide.
Cut into sticks the Emmenthal, wrap around each of them a strip of omelettes and tie them in place with a toothpick.
As they are ready, place the omelette rolls in a dish where you poured the hot tomato sauce.
Serve immediately.
