Colorful salad (3) (Insalata Variopinta (3))
Instructions
Hard boil the eggs, cool it under running water and shave it.
Boil for about 10 minutes cauliflower washed away washed and cut into florets, then strain it.
Boil the carrots and zucchini.
Clean and wash the vegetables, cut into strips, pepper slices tomatoes, sliced boiled carrots and Zucchini, slice the onion.
Strips cut the chicken breast and prosciutto, diced.
Combined in a salad bowl all ingredients including the crumbled egg (white, coarsely chopped), salad and olives.
Seasoned with olive oil, lemon juice and salt.

- 200 g of cauliflower
- 80 g of ham (slices from 80 g)
- 2 carrots
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 pepper
- 1 fresh spring onion
- 1 courgette
- 1 boiled chicken breast
- 1 egg
- 12 green olives and black olives
- 1 head of salad
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 1 lemon
