Instructions
Boil the vegetables in salted water and when they are cold, cut into small cubes.
Add the tuna, capers and pickles.
Meanwhile make a mayonnaise with 2 eggs and then mischiatela with the prepared mixture, mixing well and season with salt and vinegar.
Put everything in a bowl and give it the shape of a pyramid.
Decorated with mayonnaise, peas and 2 hard-boiled eggs cut into slices.
Let stand 1 hour before serving.

- 200 g of potato
- 100 g of carrots
- 100 g of green beans
- 100 g of peas
- 100 g of giardiniera
- 30 g of tuna
- 25 g of capers
- 4 eggs
- Salt
- Wine vinegar
