Cockles salad
Instructions
In a pan put lively focus do open the cockles and collect clams in a bowl.
Combine the salad, sliced green olives, salt and pepper.
Seasoned with pure olive oil, sprinkle with lemon juice, stir and serve with slices of toasted bread.
