Soncino salad and pumpkin seed
Instructions
Wash well the soncino, centrifuge and put it in a salad bowl.
Prepare an emulsion with olive oil, lemon juice, salt; condirvi the soncino, joining the pumpkin seeds and Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of soncino salad
- 1 teaspoon of peeled pumpkin seeds
- 10 needles of chives
- 50 g of olive oil extra virgin
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Some scales of parmesan cheese (thin flakes)
