Spring salad with marzolino
Instructions
Prepare an emulsion with oil, vinegar and salt.
Wash and dry the salad.
Place on individual plates.
Cut the cheese into cubes and sprinkle on salad.
Have finally on each dish some Walnut kernel.
Sprinkle with the emulsion.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of marzolino cheese crisp
- 100 g of wild arugula salad
- 100 g of corn salad
- Some clumps of fennel
- Some of walnut kernels
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 1 teaspoon of flavored vinegar
- Sea salt
