Potato salad and fruit
Instructions
Choose the most beautiful and crisp leaves of lettuce, cut into.
Cook the potatoes without peeling them and when they are cold, cut into cubes.
Put lettuce and potatoes in a large bowl, season with oil, salt and pepper, stir gently.
Add then the Apple peeled and cut into cubes, after slightly wet with lemon juice to make it black.
Cut into cubes of avocado pulp, too.
Add the chopped walnuts, stir gently every thing and still wet the mixture with a little lemon juice.
