Instructions
Crush the fennel seeds and put them to marinate in oil and vinegar for at least 2 hours.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water, drain well and leave it to cool in a bowl.
Add the shredded meat Simmenthal, gherkins, chopped hearts of Palm, cut into slices and tomatoes into wedges.
Add the marinade and mix well.
Garnish with chopped basil leaves.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 430 g of simmenthal beef
- 250 g of type pasta shells
- 2 firm tomatoes
- 4 pickles
- 2 hearts of palm in brine
- 10 leaves of basil
- 1 red pepper in vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds
- 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
