Beef and radish salad
Instructions
Cut the radicchio irregolarrmente and cover the bottom of a rectangular serving dish.
Beat the slices, arrange over the radicchio and above these the slices of cheese dairy.
Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and oil.
Serve.

- 200 g of radicchio
