Mushroom and celery salad
Instructions
Cut the mushrooms into thin slices washed and the ribs of celery (leaving aside the leaves); reduce the grain flakes and chop the leaves of celery.
Put all ingredients in a large bowl and toss with a vinaigrette of olive oil, flavored vinegar, garlic salt and pepper.

- 250 g of mushrooms
- 2 coasts of white celery
- 100 g of grana
- Olive oil
- Flavored vinegar
- Garlic salt
- Pepper
