Instructions
Crumble with a fork the ricotta in a bowl, put it back in a salad bowl, mix with chopped onions and seasoned with olive oil, a pinch of pepper and a pinch of chili powder.
If the ricotta was not flavorful enough, add a little salt.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 180 g of roman ricotta
- 2 chopped white onions
- 1 pinch of red chili powder
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pinch of pepper
- Salt (if needed)
