Hot pumpkin salad
Instructions
Braise the sliced onion in a little water; combine the sliced squash about 1/2 cm and stewing.
Place the pumpkin in 1 dish and before pouring with an emulsion of olive oil, cumin, black, orange juice and lemon juice.
Sprinkle orange zest then, chives, fennel and finish with honey.

- 500 g of pumpkin
- 1 onion
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 1/2 oranges (juice)
- Orange peel julienne
- Chives
- Fennel
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 1 tablespoon of gomashio
- 1 tablespoon of acacia honey
