Wash the dates (which you did clean with the special machine where you have purchased) by discarding those already open because they are dead, put them in a large skillet, sprinkle with oil, salt, pepper, parsley and lemon.
Put on the fire to open flame until they are all open.
Serve immediately, otherwise the meat tends to dry out.
