Huevos revueltos with chorizo
Instructions
Remove the sausage casing and crush it in a pan.
Put on fire and cook the sausage for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Drain the excess fat.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the milk, salt and pepper.
Pour the eggs over the sausage and cook over gentle heat without stirring until the eggs begin to stiffen the bottom and edges of the pan.
Lift and fold with a trowel the edges of the tortilla so that the mixture still liquid found on the surface coming into contact with the skillet and thickens.
Continue to raise and fold the edges of the omelet for 2-3 minutes.
Then embed the tomatoes to the mixture and continue to raise and fold for another 2-3 minutes or until the frittata is wrinkled but still soft.
Serve immediately.
