Surprise burgers
Instructions
Chopped hamburger meat tends to absorb seasonings and to be quite heavy.
In this recipe for the chili and vinegar makes it more digestible.
Mince capers and mix them with the olive paste.
Divide the meat into 8 parts, ponetene one in the appropriate tool to prepare burgers, crushed and put in the middle one-eighth of the olives and capers.
Cover with another piece of meat and press OK in order to enclose the filling inside.
Proceed as with the other 6 parts remaining meat and seasoned with a dash of vinegar and a pinch of chilli.
You heat a plate and bake hamburgers 3 minutes per side.
Served with a side dish of vegetables, for example a peperonata.
There are many possible stuffed hamburgers: a spoonful of vegetables already cooked, sliced cheese, pieces of pickles, etc.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 600 g of pulp of minced beef
- 4 tablespoons of olive paste
- 2 tablespoons of capers desalted
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 1 pinch of dried chili powder
- Salt
