Chicken goulash
Instructions
Breaking a chicken about 1000 g in weight and FRY in 50 g of lard with coarsely chopped onions 2.
Season with salt, paprika and a tablespoon of cumin seeds.
Cook slowly for 30 minutes.
Add 400 g of potatoes cut into cubes and chopped 3 tomatoes.
Sprinkle with a little hot water, cover and continue cooking until the potatoes are cooked.
Add salt and serve.
