Instructions

2_09388 GRATIN with CHICKEN, spinach and mashed POTATOES INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE a box of instant mashed potato, 600 g minced chicken breast, 100 g of finely chopped onion, a clove of garlic, a few tablespoons of mustard green pepper 180 g of fresh spinach leaves, a small Pack of cream, 200 g of grated Parmesan, saltand pepper.

Prepare the mashed potatoes as indicated on the package.

Grease a baking dish from oven and spread on bottom layer as well.

In a pan with non-stick coating heat a few tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and let them soften the finely chopped white onion.

Add the chopped chicken and stir with a wooden spoon.

Continue cooking at medium heat and stir constantly so that the chopped meat is very dense and dry.

Add salt, pepper and stir.

Add the mustard with green pepper.

Continue cooking 2 more minutes, then remove from heat.

Spread over the layer of pure previously prepared a layer of minced meat of chicken.

Wash the spinach leaves and drain thoroughly.

Cook in salted water for a few minutes, then drain and carefully strizzatele.

In a pan heat a tablespoon of olive oil and let soften slightly garlic clove crushed; then add spinach and sauté over high heat for a few minutes.

Remove from heat, let cool, then add the cream and mix thoroughly.

Lay then cream spinach on minced meat and finish with plenty of grated cheese.

Continue with alternating layers, then sprinkle with cheese and bake.

When cooked, remove from oven, let rest for a minute and then serve.
