Instructions

Boil in salted water 500 g potato gnocchi, a few at a time.

Drain them with a slotted spoon and arrange a layer in a soup-tureen.

Pour over butter flakes and Castelmagno cheese aged more or less, depending on your taste, and grated.

Add a second layer of dumplings, toss with butter and cheese and so on until exhaustion ingredients.

Cover and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
