Vanilla custard ice cream
Instructions
This is the basic recipe for ice cream.
Boil the milk with the vanilla sugar.
Mix the egg yolks with sugar until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
Put on the fire, pour slowly the hot milk and continue to mix without reaching a boil.
When sailing the cream spoon, remove from heat and filter it to colander.
Allow to cool, stirring occasionally.
Pour into ice cream maker, do not miss this for 15-20 minutes.
Remove the cream when serving.

- 75 cl of milk
- 170 g of sugar
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
